qPCR Master Mix (MasterYeast®) for RNA samples

MasterYeast® for RNA samples combines Moloney Murine Leukemia Virus Reverse Transcriptase and Taq Hot Start DNA polymerase in a RT-PCR kit designed to measure mRNA expression levels. This convenient 2X Master Mix is optimized for RNA amplification, simplifying the workflow in a wide range of amplicon size (up to 7 kb). Since DNA amplification is carried out by Taq Hot Start DNA polymerase, DNA amplification only occurs after the denaturation step at 95 °C. MasterYeast® for RNA samples includes an optimized 2X master mix containing all the necessary components for first cDNA synthesis, including RNase inhibitors, and the subsequent DNA amplification. This product is available with or without a green dye. The user only has to add the RNA sample, primers and, if necessary, probe.
