Returns and Refunds
Refunds will only be accepted in cases where the goods have arrived damaged or in poor condition.
To process a claim, customers must provide photographic evidence of the external packaging,
internal packaging, and the shipping label. Without this documentation, the transport company
will not accept responsibility.
To request a return, the customer must contact Levprot’s sales team by email, clearly stating
the reason for the return and the order number. In the cases described above, Levprot will
either replace the product or issue a refund, as appropriate.
All transportation costs associated with the return will be borne by the customer.
Approved refunds will be processed within 48–72 business hours.
