DNase I from Bos taurus

Levprot’s Recombinat DNase I from Bos taurus is an endonuclease from Bos taurus that non-specifically cleaves DNA to release di-, tri- and oligonucleotide products with 5’-phosphorylated and 3’-hydroxylated ends. This recombinant DNase I acts on single- and double-stranded DNA, chromatin and RNA:DNA hybrids.

Other information about DNase I from Bos taurus

As a recombinant enzyme, Levprot’s DNase I from Bos taurus provides significant advantages for Life Sciences applications. Recombinant production guarantees high purity, consistent activity, and minimal batch-to-batch variation, which is critical for reproducible results in molecular biology workflows.

Unlike native DNase I, the recombinant form is free from unwanted protease or nuclease contaminants that could compromise sensitive downstream processes such as genomic DNA removal, RNA purification, or cell-based assays.

Additionally, recombinant manufacturing ensures an animal-origin controlled supply chain and compliance with rigorous quality standards, supporting reliable use in research, biomanufacturing, and advanced analytical methods.
