Last week we took part in BIOSPAIN 2025, held in Barcelona from October 7–9.
For us, it was three days full of great conversations, inspiring ideas, and a renewed sense of how fast the animal-free biotech field is growing.

At our stand, we talked about our Life Sciences Raw Materials, including our rBSA (recombinant Bovine Serum Albumin) for Molecular Biology, Pharma and Diagnostics and the broader range of proteins and enzymes we produce using yeast-based expression.

Events like BIOSPAIN are an incredible opportunity to exchange experiences with companies and research groups pushing the boundaries of biotechnology. We had inspiring discussions about supply partnerships, custom protein development, and how animal-free reagents are becoming a new standard for Life Sciences.
We came back from Barcelona energized and proud of how far this industry has come and how Levprot is helping shape the next generation of biotech materials.
