Levprot Bioscience participated in AFTEA, Agri-Food Tech Expo Asia 2025, held in Singapore from November 1–3, where our Business Development representative Laura Pedrós introduced the company’s Cell Culture Supplements line at the Sandbox Stage.
Her presentation highlighted how Levprot’s recombinant Bovine Serum Albumin (rBSA) enhances cell proliferation and viability in animal-free culture media, matching or surpassing the performance of serum-based formulations.
Levprot’s rBSA, produced through precision fermentation using yeast-based expression, provides a consistent, ethical, and high-performance alternative for life science and bioprocess applications.
The event also included discussions on Spain’s leadership in sustainable agrifood innovation, where Levprot joined other biotechnology companies to showcase how animal-free solutions are shaping the future of cell culture and food-grade bioprocessing.
